Things that we want* in Infinite

My personal list:

  1. Firefight / Spartan Ops
    (All of those dead spartans in the campaign… Tisk tisk… Wasted potential for Spartan Ops missions. Use Spartan Ops to tell their story. Play through their POV before they were KIA. C’mon @343)

  2. Forge / MORE MAPS
    (This one is self explanatory. If Bazaar gets deleted tomorrow, it’s too late. Should have been done yesterday. We need some good, old fashioned, community made maps.)

  3. Theater FIX / File Share
    (You should be able to re-watch your game film and have the UI look the same as it did in-game, for recording purposes. There should also be a File Share system, or at the very least a way to export game footage and store it locally on your PC.)

  4. Co-op Campaign / Mission Replay / Campaign Expansion
    (We need to be able to replay specific missions on-demand. I’m not playing Campaign from 0-100 again just to get 1 or 2 skulls that were hidden in missions that are locked and non-replayable. We need to be able to play with friends. We need more missions)

  5. Free Credits / Campaign Cosmetics
    (Set up a system that allows free players to complete challenges so they can buy in-store cosmetics without spending any money. Award, let’s say 700cr, for completing the weekly ultimate challenge. They can go to the shop, buy this week’s weapon coating bundle and a nameplate or a charm. We also need more campaign cosmtetics once Mission Replay is a thing. Award cosmetics/achievements for completing specific missions, with specific skulls active. Or for achieving a certain score on a certain mission with certain skulls active. Maybe throw campaign into the weekly challenge mix. If you don’t own Campaign, you can swap it out. We get plenty of free swaps in the battle pass.)

  6. FIX F***ING DESYNC ALREADY
    (I shouldn’t be dying 2 seconds after I walk around a corner in 2022. C’mon.)

I’d like for Chiefs armour from the campaign to be usuable in MP that’d be pretty cool

Same, but id probably be like level 100/99/97 in a battle pass some 5 years from now.

I would like to be able to rejoin a match (especially ranked) when a disconnect from the server happens.

My additions:

  • MCC’s Progression and EXP system
  • Cross-core armor (I only use MkIV so there’s no motive for me to grind the battlepass)
  • MCC’s matching system where you choose what gamemodes you want to play
  • Splitscreen for campaign (even if it’s only on the xbox series)
  • More gamemodes

we want mark 6 Mjolnir vr helmets to forge with

the real deal too, like squishing a valve index vr headset into a padded dirt bike helmet shaped like Mark vi Mjolnir helmet. and like have head tracking, and external cameras for stereoscopic depth and internally mounted curved Oled screens with asymmetric adjustable Fresnel lenses and a wireless battery pack smoothly integrated to power good 360 degree headphone speakers and a video stream wifi connection that works with windows 11 and xbox vr series Xboxes

Firefight, split screen all around (PC, Xbox and mcc pc damn you guys), forge (please no mtx scheme) and all of the needed stability fixes. That and a good roster of new or old maps brought over that they’ve had at their disposal this whole time would make me come back to the game. Why a top priority of there’s wasn’t jam packing this game with maps this past year is mind blowing. We’ve seen what forge can do what’s stopping 343 from recreating blood gulch, avalanche, snowbound or any of the maps from these past 2 decades to fill the game with content and keep people engaged and coming back. I just don’t get it.

10.Banning MTX from infinite to avoid FOMO, game saved. 11.A Reach credit system for players to have a grind worth something. No matter how much content 343 may bring, microtransactions will still be Halo Infinites BANE.
