well once grifball came out i only layed two games of it after the latest spartan opps i think 343 should do somthing like add thruster packs to the playlist with a diffrent gametype with only thruster packs instead of no abilities (sorry for my bad spelling)
Nah.
Having sprint always on is bad enough
Adding AAs like Thruster will just turn it into what Halo Reach was with the Evade Ability in grifball
There’s a reason “Grifball Dash” was almost never voted for in Reach
True but thruster pack is much better than evade because you can shoot or attack as soon as you finish it
or they could make all the gametypes with unlimited sprint for bigger maps so it is more easy to get around and not die so quickly but not make sprint unlimited for the ball carrier
Nah, sprint is good enough, surprinsly I didn’t think sprint would make the cut, but playing Grifball pro, it took alittle adjusting and sprint works fine. Adding Thruster packs would change up the gameplay alittle to much.
i guess you are right about thruster packs i thought it was a good idea but now i thought about it i don`t now
i must be quite dumb to think thrusters should be put into Grifball
> i must be quite dumb to think thrusters should be put into Grifball
It can be a fun gametype if you could customize Thruster packs - UMPH, alittle more. Like there use to a gametype and map called Quidditch off of Harry Potter, and players had Gravity Hammers and Jet Packs with unlimited usage and were flying all over this court with the ball just like in the movie/novel.
Nothings really a dumb idea until you try it out first.
compared to me you have some amazing ideas for the gametypes thanks

It’s the fans that make Halo good/ bad, this type of game is a good creation.
