I think the game could use some things that were removed from Halo 3 like space battles, and extremely larger maps with more players. Possibly more options in forge, pelicans as drivable vehicles, wildlife, playable elites, etc.

No it wasn’t supposed to have them. Space battles, water battles, jetpacks, etc. They were removed for a reason. I’m tired of people saying “please add these scrapped things to Halo 343!” They don’t work in Halo, hence they were removed. They simply work better in other games.
Wildlife and Elites have at least made the cut more than once.

Also that video was actually stuff for Reach they were playing around with using h3’s engine. Halofollower is wrong again.

I want information on MM search options, playlists, gametypes, vehicles, map size player CAP, custom game options hosting options and other things please!! I know I will love the Campaign lol I always do.
MP is what I fear especially BTB and other areas of MP MM, especially since Halo MCC and all the negatives I have heard about it. If they did release another BETA in the coming months I may just have more hope and respect for them, but it would have to be an open beta and have the gametypes that we do not know of, at the very least show us what will be in the game, lol not everyone got the beta it would be very smart of them imho to do another OPEN BETA but that’s just me, I just watched the Halo 5 BETA REVEAL trailer wtf ever and they are selling it like this is the end game MP experience and that the beta will help fix last minute issues, that scares me but I don’t know all that much so I am afraid… Perhaps I think too highly of these people lol.
I wouldn’t mind seeing large battles like that as long as the map size supports it. Right now 343 can’t comprehend map size and player count. Right now they increased player count on small maps and decreased the player count on the big maps. They make no sense sometimes.

Halo should just have a spinoff for this. I would love a separate game like battlefield, but with halo. They could have us play as different marines, spartans or odst soldiers.Enemy team can play as different covenant species, or even insurectionists.
Then bam! You got yourself a large scale battlefield like halo game.
I want the grenade launcher from Reach.
The one thing I wish for H5 is to actually see some dmg done to the armor while getting shot. Bullet holes, scratches, blood etc.
All the Halo games prior have been super static when it comes to the armor interaction during skirmishes.

Maybe when they realize the physics literally can’t work, or that the player has more important things to do, they’ll get frustrated, tear the swing in half and attack the player? Or perhaps there are instances where Prometheans won’t attack you at all, maybe if you’re being ambushed by Covenant or Flood? Basically, the idea is to feel like you just murdered a passionate child every time you put a hole in their skull.- Promethean weapons could also use a bit of a redesign, imo. These are structures built by the most divine race in the universe, the one with mastery over space and life? Why are all of their guns just dumbed down versions of stuff the UNSC already has? Heck, why would we even recognize their weapons of warfare as guns? I think it would be interesting if Promethean weapons were used sparingly, (like, every gun was basically a power weapon) and each was more visually recognizable than just whatever the player is carrying. What if Promethean tech was something you shot and wore? What if, when you picked up a Suppressor, all the floaty bits trailed up your arm, creating a big orange pauldron and associated arm-armor that was unique to your gun. Idk, just an idea.- I think the Suppressor could function exclusively as an SMG/SAW/Needler counterpart, rather than as an attempt at an alternate Assault Rifle.- I think the Light Rifle could remain basically the way it is, but maybe with the added bonus of doing damage to the enemy over time?- Boltshot and Scattershot should probably just blend into the same weapon…the…Scatterbolt…I guess. Heck, while we’re at it, let’s throw useless Pulse grenades in there too! Scatterbolt-Pulse! It could function like a Promethean grenade launcher from Reach, either launching a bouncing Pulse grenade like the Scattershot, or with the ability to charge it up like the Boltshot for a long ranged area-of-effect attack?- Beam Rifle probably doesn’t need to be changed.- I need a Hardlight blade. Seriously. You could just stick a massive sword on the Incineration Cannon and I’d be pretty happy. Basically, it’d be a one hit kill close up, or a Spartan Laser-type ultra gun that needs to be charged up before every strike and drains a ton of your attached melee weapon’s battery life.Idk though. These might all be terrible ideas. But they’re mine, nonetheless.
