I doubt Arby & The Chief™ would betray each other, so I’d imagine they would sit in a room together for eternity.

Master chief because of his gifts from the librarian. Arbiter would be the runner up although he’d probably relate to Atriox due to the mutual Covenant relationship. If it was a straight free for all though I’d honestly put my money on the Arbiter.
Didact wins, easy. Telekinesis is kind of an ace in the hole like that.
