At the end of halo 3 they think chief is dead, skip to the 2:33 mark and you should see 117 scratched into the side of the memorial. I have not seen any other posts like this, but my bad if this is a repeat post.
I think it will be cool how they incorporate this into halo 4’s story, like how humans and elites are going to react to seeing the chief after thinking he was dead for a couple of years. the “demon” is back!
what do you think?
They call him ‘demon’.
But yes, no, it’ll be an emotional reunion for all, I hope.
I think it will be awesome to see if they somehow introduce his old team…because in the book Glasslands when Fred,Linda and even Halsey find out he is gone there a moment of silence between them…so it would be cool if sometime down the line they reunite their lil family…also it would be cool to see chief giving orders to other spartans and stuff…
The Elites and Grunts in the first level obviously know he’s alive.
It’s a fair guess to say that UNSC troops have found his location too (why else would Infinity come along?)

To conduct research on Requiem?
Or, as I and another have theorised, it’s the ship at the end of Primordium; Guilty Chakas is taking it to Requiem to find the Librarian.
Imagine fighting a war with the new spartan and chief leading them. Kinda gives me chills thinking about 10 spartan fighting besides me if not more.

Well there is Cortana’s distress beacon too, they might have heard that.
i think it would be sick to come across some marines and they are just awestruck as you slaughter a group of enemies. and they are like no way i thought he was only a legend but its the chief!
Well the Arbiter already knows Master Chief isn’t dead tbh. But everyone else would be like ‘Awwwwwwwww shiettttttttttt’
Lol, all I can say is: -Yoink- is about to go DOWN on Reqiuem
I can hear the elites now, “See!!! He is a demon you dumb -Yoinks!-!!!,” Ahahahahaha.

Uh no the arbiter doesn’t? … He made it and thinks the other half is still gone and he’s dead outside the galaxy somewhere … Another great question is they know where he is why don’t they play fetch? XD

If you listen to the End Cutscene when they’re talking over the memorial They say this
‘I can’t believe he’s gone’
Then Arbiter says ‘If it were so easy’.

Correction: " Were it so easy"
im sure that the Arbitor has no clue where chief is

Can you refrain from calling him Guilty Chakas and just say Chakas when we already know him being Guilty Spark isn’t even confirmed?
Whatever the reaction is, it may be a short-lived reunion… we have concept drawings of unsc aircraft charging towards somewhere, only to be obliterated by something.
yeah it might be short lived but it just think it will be cool, like what if they never found the beacon? i mean if the trailer is actually like part of the story then he is being blown up by something why would the UNSC blow up the cheif or even the Arbitor?
it just seems to me they didnt get the beacon in 4 years
i reckon some unsc forces will take a trip to the planet, looking for technology or guided by the events of halo glasslands and chief and them will bump into each other,
