Hey Fellow haloer’s… I got a story for ya… one apon a time a happy little veteran halo player named CROWBAR is playing some big Team battle on Ragnarock… His team is doing very good and just about dominating the opponent using skill and teamwork… little crowbar manages to even grab a Spartan laser and take out a mantis… satisfied with their work the little blue team then heads to the red spawn to celebrate their awesome p0wnage and taunt the enemy team… all while this happens little timmy on the red team is lost and walking around the map trying to find his team when suddenly he gets an assist for firing 2 AR clips into a fellow noob… suddenly Little timmy has a rocket launcher… and what he does with it is RvB history… Spoiler he shoots like an idiots and kills teammates and half of blue team alike… so in the end the little blue team ends up saying “Fck THIS ShT” and half of them quit the game… looks like little Timmy was able to score a victory after all…
USING A POWER WEAPON HE GOT FOR DOING JACK OF ALL SH******T!!!
ok in all seriousness personal ordinance is ridiculous… it basically rewards players who are just getting points and not helping out the team with FULL On power weapons! it removes the point of securing them on the map… like… you know… how halo has always worked! I Think power weapons should be removed from ordinance and replaced with
*normal weapons
*armor abilities
*perks like over shield
*secondary’s like the plasma pistol or boltshot…
Overall… even if these ideas sound unreasonable I hope we can all agree that as it is right now Personal ordinance is ruining MM
… but hey that’s my opinion, why don’t you tell me yours?
Team Throwdown and Legendary Slayer HAS NONE of this. It seems unlikely that 343 will ever change the PO for this game like what you’re suggesting, so you might as well play the gametypes I suggested.

hey a man can hope yaknow? maybe if we get the word around they’ll remove it all together… so all the little timmys in the world can start winning games byb actually being good…

Hadn’t thought of that. That does explain things. I just don’t understand the rage of it all. If little Timmy’s doing nothing and getting an ordnance bonus, shouldn’t the players doing well get multiple ordnance drops, keeping the advantage?

by nothing I mean points from non kills like assists or close call

Doesn’t balance, as chances are they will all get needlers or shotguns. Nothing like a rocket or anything
Just to make sure I understand your story correctly:
Your team is pwning the other team.
Someone on their team gets Rockets in their PO.
Instead of adjusting to this new challenge (especially considering the large lead), your team quits at the first sign of adversity.
1 v all = loss.
Sorry, but your post was pretty hard to follow.
Now, I think PO is the biggest problem with Halo 4, but your story describes a problem with crappy players, not crappy features. That’s exactly why I don’t play Big Team.
> My idea which I’ve said from time to time may be reasonable, make it tiered:
>
> Tier 1: Easiest to unlock, you unlock ammo and rarely a powerup
> Tier 2: A power weapon like a SAW or Needler, Ammo or a powerup
> Tier 3: power weapon, like sniper, rarely a rocket launcher
>
> Tier 1 is the easiest to unlock, Tier 2 is more difficult, Tier 3 is the hardest to unlock and can only be unlocked once a game
So you reward players who are pwning everyone else in the game by making it easier for them to pwn? I don’t get the point of that. That’s like giving only the tallest players in the NBA shoes that increase their height.

Halo4 + Skill + teamwork?
On a more serious note I have to agree However BTB IS is a more casual playlist. Maybe they could make a separate BTB playlist using settings from BTB.net for a more classic but competitive BTB. I would much rather have a competitive playlist for BTB with objective in it. Could replace the current objective playlist which doesn’t really play well.

The story wasn’t intended to be taken ENTIRELY seriously…
you got that part right
that too
againt the team is more or less being depicted as tryhards… and it gives red a chance to gain ground since half of blue got blown to Uranus and back
again… blue was meant to equal tryhards… I probably should eve been more clear on that though tbh… but hey its just astory
