Nah, they don’t owe us anything. Honestly, what in the world have we given them in the last ten years? About as much as they’ve given us. It hasn’t been a healthy relationship in the slightest.
But you should direct your anger at MS, Stock and Shareholders, people who financially call shots. 343i IS mismanaged, but honestly? The guys further up, are both our and the studio’s real foe.
Aren’t they necessary for 343 though? Because they literally fund them. And also, those “higher ups” are humans too. Let’s be respectful now, right? Where’s the anti-toxicity I keep hearing about?

Again I bring up the awesome unlocks of Forza Horizon 5. Same big bad MS, completely different approach. Even Gears 5 had a better approach, I don’t think this one is on MS, but who knows.

Yeah, sure… 343, holding MS’ biggest Franchise, had no power to tell MS how bad their ideas are… come on!
Just look at FH5, a MS game as well… do you find colors for 10$ there? Or can you play only eliminator in FH5? Do Forza players have to drive in the opposite direction to earn XP? This is 343’s fault… and 343 only. All Sketch is saying: we tried to bend you over to the maximum extend… now we need time to fix a completely broken game. Like it or not, we probably made the most money already anyway…

This really sounds like your first time doing this, it’s honestly pretty humorous. Thing is, as workers responding to a higher up, we have more in common with them than the executives.

After COD and BF releases one would say that people will celebrate a return of proper arena shooter game with high quality.
There are issues, but people needs to stop this toxicity at once.
343 is fully aware of issues and they will address them.
But lets just say that NONE of those toxic requests are actually game breaking.
Me personally I am the most concerned about crashes on PC, XBOX app. But this probably wont be on high priority list thanks to countless complaints about stupid stuff.
Me crashing during ranked and losing myself and the rest of the team is way bigger problem than some stupid progression system…
You do realize there is a bug submission area separated from the forum, right? Not only that, but you don’t know that they’re prioritizing one thing over another because they haven’t even said what their list of priorities are. Crashes are usually high on priority lists for devs. I wouldn’t worry about it not being heard, really.

I didn’t mind the shop - I didn’t have to take part. I didn’t mind the cosmetics - I don’t do dress up.
But geez linking these BS practices to actual playlists so I can’t play the staple halo that I love.
And then acting like it doesn’t matter it’s just how it is…

The issues are the lack of content. I’d rather they didn’t and they passed the mantle. It’s about time somebody took responsibility and left.
They really don’t owe you a thing. It’s a soulless corporation, always has been, not your buddy. Bungie too.
It’s true that they don’t “owe” us anything, but it’s also true that if you don’t do right by your players, old or new, the backlash will be legendary, and everyone will be unhappy.
Hopefully they find a way to meet the players’ basic desires first, then see if they can work monetization in without abusing all of us. Right now, it’s just a system where they abuse players, both free and paid, and no one is happy.
