Ok…I know people still haven’t received their codes yet, but I did today in an xbox message. Not that it matters at all…code worked today and now it’s later today andddd guess what all the specializations are gone…I put in the code again and now it’s invalid. Is this some kind of joke? I mean honestly I don’t like to complain there has been enough complaining from everyone else in this situation. Come on now…I took a break from video games for a year or so and got back into the groove for Halo 4. This game has been a nice stress reliever. Sitting around playing this game is just plain fun and clears my mind. Yes, this game has its issues, but I can overlook that for a couple hours of fun. All I’d like to do is be able to enjoy this game properly. I’m not even a level 70 yet I’m only 54, but I don’t even want to play it anymore at this point. It would be nice if everyone else would get their codes also. It would get the Halo community back online and able to enjoy the game. Call of Duty hasn’t been a good game since COD 4, but I need some video game time and I know Black Ops 2 isn’t good, but it’s the only other thing I would play right now. Either change the ranking system soon or just fix this situation. Trust me this game is enjoyable to me, but instead it’s making me want to play COD or leave video games again for a while until something worthwhile comes out again. I’m sorry to the others who haven’t received their code yet. Honestly.
Did you go back into your Download History and try to re-download it?
Did you clear out your cache files and try again?
Everyone has to keep in mind that 343i is trying to fix what Microsoft has goofed up on. Everyone’s hate has to be directed towards the correct people. 343i is doing what they can to fix these issues. The only thing we can do is be patient and thank BS Angel for communicating with us that she’s trying to get things resolved as quickly as possible.

I would contact Microsoft’s Xbox Live support then in regards to the issue.

Either wait 24 hours, or re-download it. The same thing happened to me, but it got fixed after an hour.
