I have been in many a thread and said that hacks are not in H4…well i was wrong. There are hacks present and amongst us.
Please keep Halo 4 free of hackers and report those you see. DO NOT call them out of the forums, just Report and MOVE ON. This is most important!
Now, once we see a hacker in our game DO NOT QUIT. Use your headsets and alert your team, and FOCUS on him, make this round all about putting as many rounds into him as possible.
Discuss.
EDIT: Examples include the Carbine in Swat, Carbine to Binary Rifle. (I also think there may be something to the reticule turning red very early)
I would assume it’s too late to fit this patch into the upcoming TU but maybe a patch later could? Just make sure 343 is aware of it and what the problem is and let them take care of it on that end. But I agree, make it hell for those ****ers who want to hack the game.
yes that is what ido , i dont quit the game if i see it , i will finish the game that way i can be fairly certain wether its just lag or actual cheating and I have the gamer tags to report. there was another thread (i think it was called “cheating**** you will get caught” that kind of makes me think that something is being done/taken seriously at least,
It’s surprising, but I’m inclined to believe what I’ve read over the past few days. 343’s got some work to do. I haven’t heard of cheats in matchmaking this blatant since Halo 2 – Bungie’s first venture into online gaming.
It’s not rampant. I’ve yet to feel like someone I was playing against was cheating, but that video of the ordinance drop gun/binary rifle carbine were definitely hacks.
