Just so you’re clear . . . the new version is staying as well. The old version will be there as a “Legendary” version . . . which means it may be on a map or two, but the rest (and campaign) will likely use the new one.
And I am personally fine with that.
wasn’t it apparent that they’ll feature it as a legendary weapon?

Or just the fact it’s in the game at all? That’s more important I’d say.
I’m sorry, but I’m going to have to compare this to Destiny’s legendary weapons.
I read the blog and one of their surveys found that about 11% of players disliked sprint, so they gave players the option to toggle it on and off in the gametype settings. Odd, because there are so many people whining about sprint that it feels like so much more than that. But I’m glad they gave us the option, it shows that they really are listening to the players, I hope everyone goes and reads the whole thing. :-}

That’s becuase most people who are fine with something won’t go onto a forum to talk about it. They like it, and they are pleased. Most people who have a problem, will actively voice their displeasure. If everyone who liked Halo 5 went on this forum to talk ( including “casuals”) we would see many more topics about how sprint is fun.

To be clear, 11% of the people said that sprint did not belong in Halo. Another unspecified number still preferred no-sprint to sprinting, but would at least tolerate sprint.

well then you idiots should have answered the redacted more appropriately, it is your fsult for saying you tolerate it when in actuality you do not. also remember, the first rule of fight club is to not talk about fight club. so stop being dumb before 343 excommunicates you from the redacted.

I don’t think I’m going to be able to accept that apology.

Except it works nothing like them. We might as well compare Hunters and Ghosts. (BTW, Borderlands used legendary before Destiny. And WoW did it even earlier.)
I did see the “Legendary” part but I didn’t quite fully understand what theat meant,…I’m just glad its making a return…
well thats a good sign. can’t wait to find out more info
Finally:)
