This is nottttttt BPR. People should stop saying that.
BPR was all playlist together and largely factored in K/D. Add that with the loose truskill and BPR didn’t work. I know MLG pros who didn’t have a 100 BPR. That’s how bad BPR was. This is playlist specific and within the realm of tight truskill(hopefully).
If the truskill really is tight and there are playlist without guest and JIP this will work fantastically.
What we need to do is give good feedback and work with what we have. This is a million times better than what I thought we had 24 hours ago.

Agreed. I really hope it is more towards Halo 2, instead of Halo 3. It should give players incentives to stay on 1 account, and not get accounts just for another attempt to go higher.

I am worried about guests and JIP though. Because, if they are available in the ranked playlists. It really waters down and destroys the meaning of your CSR. I personally think 343 will see this and have taken it into consideration.
For the time being I really hope it’s easily accessible from Waypoint. And I hope in the near future they implement it into a section of your service record. Even if each player can choose to have it visible or not.

Honestly this is a great start. I’m very happy you are bringing the 1-50 back. BUT now all you have to do is include that in the game’s UI and we are set!!! I don’t want to go to waypoint to see my stats or the stats of who I’m playinh. I want to see it on the game itself. That would be great but thanks 343 for this is a first step in the right direction.
