This is ridiculous at this point. The desync is constant in pretty much every game now. Ranked games arent counting because of the servers. Constantly seeing Unstable: Packet Loss.
FIX YOUR SERVERS.

Something happened in the last month or so that just totally sent Infinite’s servers off the edge, and it’s very frustrating.
Each of the last three nights I’ve had multiple moments where I’ve just sat in stunned awe with my mouth open at how the servers have behaved. The packet loss issues randomly popping up so much is just awful

I have just had 2 ranked doubles wins in a row not count. What the hell is going on at 343?
Yep they’re terrible, and now I just played 2 games in a row to where it doesn’t even show the game results, nor did ANY of my melee kills challenges register and it’s the last one I’m on. I’m F’n pissed!

I’ve been complaining about this since December. We’re almost a year into launch and there’s still no fix it’s completely unacceptable.
The team is more worried about launching co-op campaign over making what’s already released playable.

Same here. I’ve got a gigabit wired connection and ping is consistently <20 ms. But for the past 2 weeks, I get rubber-banding and packet loss in every single match.
I’ve tried different network adapters, access points, and connections. I’ve setup port forwarding and run packet tests. None of it has made a difference so this has to be a server-side problem. But it is definitely not happening to everyone so I just don’t get it.
This why we need our own Dedicated Server Software like we had in Halo Combat Evolved, Halo CE and Halo 2.

I’ve had three matches today swing wildly between 30ish to 170ish ping. Back and forth, up and down.
Unstable packet loss. Unstable jitters.
I don’t think I’ve been as angry at a game as that last round of shotty/snipe FFA.
Somewhat true. Managers are under pressure by upper management due to poor performance. They’ll look better if they can get new content out because that’s what everyone is asking for. more content.
There’s also a dedicated team of programmers &engineers who are working on bug fixes and they are competent. Twitter community found that you could ping enemies through walls on Bazaar and that was fixed in a drop pod update about a week later.
343 should try unplugging the servers and then plugging them back in.
