Dude, I just want to play a halo game like other live service games today. 1 or 2 more maps, a Spartan rank, in game stats, condensed and good game modes…
It’s taking far too long for any of that. I would love to play a halo game that could keep up at all with what other games are doing today. It doesn’t even come close tho.
So I stopped playing. I hop on, nothing new is there, most of the stuff is bad, the challenge system is pure garbage. It’s not enough to keep me.
While you may be right on the popularity/form population relation, I disagree with you. While again yes many come here to vent frustrations with the game, 343 does nothing to communicate or directly address players accordingly.
And I honestly dont appreciate being just shrugged off as “complainers”. Ive been a fan since Halo CE, Huge cos play nerd and among those with frustrations to the max with 343.
I come back almost daily for some hopium that maybe something, Anything might be added or addressed to boost my halo moral. But as mentioned its a ghost town here. Priority on the shop is obviously insatiable. Honestly to see you post such a pessimistic response reaffirms the value 343 has placed on community engagement and further developing the culture…
that value probably totaling less than a swap boost pack….or a backdrop……maybe a generic visor.
They can’t even code visors to ‘align’ correctly. There’s no hopium left in the tank.

I only pop on here for updates here and there, as others have said 343i are ignoring people or wont give information on the problems let alone a roadmap to content and fixes.
I still play the game depending on events and weekly challenge rewards and even then i rush to finish them.
Borderlands, lego starwars come out soon so il be on them instead, but till then ive been playing gamepass games or skyrim/fable.
Just hope 343i sort there selfs out and actually fix or make a decent halo game as infinite has been a disappointment even if i did like the campaign and spent to much money on collectibles and the controller and console plus ingame coatings.
It seems as though people are here waiting for something they agree with and they are not otherwise active. We see that your post gained support, but fewer are gaining the support lately.

The forums are now detached from Waypoint itself.
Waypoint has way less features - legacy stats are nerfed, H5 missing Companies, HW2 is gone, no more Halo Gamerscore overall, Infinite still has no ‘service record’, just a Battlepass, Shop, and Challenge screen - the armory doesn’t even work properly
Waypoint Profiles are way less unique.
Halo 5 and MCC fileshares and content browsers GONE.
Just a few of the things that are really unfortunate about the change. And no communication from the Waypoint team since launch - unless I’ve missed it? We used to get regular updates prior to launch, but now nothing.
