I don’t know how other people feel, but I think it’s a pretty poor design choice… Both aesthetically and functionally - it sounds like everyone is shouting.

I don’t mind it really, makes it a bit easier for me to read through topic titles at a glance. Personal preference I guess. If you’re familair with the User Styles / Stylish plugins for Chrome / Firefox, you could probably make the change in the browser yourself

Aside from the terribly condensed font which I don’t like, I think it’s for the better. Less work for us when we don’t need to edit titles actually written in all caps. Though, the width and letter spacing could definitely be larger.
