as I said in a previous post, there’s going to be Armor for everyone.
also, it’s mostly just the colors making it look like that, Purple like that makes anything look silly, especially something as… Boisterous as that particular armor (I forgot the name, forgive me.)
Tracker on the other hand, would look rather vicious with a black and red/dark green paint scheme.
The armor is not as good as reach’s.

I love the new armor designs, actually looks like a supersuit from 500 years into the future.
These are armor sets straight out of the factory/lab. The only action they’ve seen are simulations inside a giant holodeck.
I like how they’re expanding armor ideas. I mean, I’m not a big fan of the armor, but I know it could be worse. I personally like reach’s armor better.
They’re preeeetty. I love them. :3

And people wonder why 343i doesn’t listen to them…
I don’t like most of the looks of the new armor sets, but I think that partly has to do with the choice in color 343 has chosen when showcasing them. But in terms of design I like Reach’s more because they look more practical and military oriented than these new ones.
But this is just how I feel right now, and that’s subject to change after I actually get my hands on the game.
