I miss so much I sometimes think that I’m a lost StormTrooper in Spartan gear.
HAHA. While I am just trying to be silly, it’s so true. I miss a lot of my shots and just can’t get my aiming dialed. I have no idea what the disconnect is, maybe another year of practice I’ll get my averages up. I do think for the most part that the new OneS controllers are just too small for my large hands. I feel as if I’m always crimping the dam controller and never stable. I do miss the way the original Xbox controller sat perfectly nestled in my hands back in the day. Don’t get my wrong, the new controllers are way nicer, but they could be a bit bigger for some of us.
Back to the Stormtrooper thing. How cool would that be for a limited time if somehow (but probably totally unlikely) 343 and Lucas arts could join forces for a starwars edition. Stormtroopers instead of Spartans, DarthVader instead of the Warden. AT’s instead of Mantis … Oh it would be some goofy -Yoink-, even for just a short short period… Maybe it’s just best left to the imagination.
Maybe instead of Marines in your base guarding it, they would be strormtroopers.
And of course, nobody would be able to kill each other… because Storm troopers can’t hit anything.

Okay, speaking of practice and storm trooper accuracy. I just watched LtN video on making your own target practice arena in forge. I’ve been messing around with it for a bit now and trying to make heads or tails out of the functions and controller movement. Does anyone have links to a “forge for beginners” or is there already a target practice map that someone made that I could access ? You have to download it… ?? Forge and custom maps are still new to me. cheers.
I feel the same as: Halo Reach I am brilliant and always get kills in Halo 5 (apart from Warzone Firefight and SWAT) I cannot shoot properly, if this was a VR game I would probably be holding the rifle wrong. JK but I am bad at most games in Halo 5, but keep trying at the games you like then work on the more difficult ones. I am only SR28 and trying my best to be the best (I know I wont but heyho)…

I remember saying that Darth Vader was manipulating the minds of the Storm Troopers to make them miss, which I like a little more because it makes Vader out to be this demon or phantom, a figure of near-omnipotent dread.
As for the topic, the NOBLE and EOD helmets are already pretty Clone/Storm Trooper-y, but I would love to see actual trooper helmet added in. I know it wouldn’t happen, as it wouldn’t happen for my precious Daft Punk helmet, but I can dream…
