I hate how gaming has come down to this. Measuring milliseconds worth of differences between similar guns with no variables.

0.1 seconds isn’t a difference, nobody can count in milliseconds.

Kill times should be important but shouldn’t be the biggest factor. Milliseconds do matter believe it or not.

Other important factors though:

Shots to kill:
The carbine, while it has a fast kill time, requires you to hit more shots than the DMR does. The DMR has a lot more room for error.

At the same time, missing a carbine shot isn’t as devastating as missing a DMR shot.

Aim Assist:
The lightrifle has almost no aim assist, so the DMR is still often superior for that fact alone.
