It works. You have to submit a ticket…you can’t ban them reporting over Xbox. It has to be through waypoint, and depending on what you’re reporting you send a file with it, a link to the match history, etc.
Do you realize how many people experience this crap and DON’T ever visit the support site? I mean there’s people willing to write tons and tons of crap on the forums…and still not have submitted a single ticket…

walling is getting more common, but aimbot are just blatant, i mean when you watch them and they lock on to you through a wall and then BR all perfect head shots the PIXEL your head is seen, it’s just… so stupid.
games getting less and less likely to keep players… even I am taking breaks, and that is sad.

so what is the point of reporting people if the report option doesn’t work? If you have to go through a 10 step process just to submit someone for review, which will take days at least, then the system is fundamentally flawed and almost every cheater will be getting away unscathed.
You’re basically caping for the most ineffective reporting feature in the history of gaming.

Ive seen alot in Swat… AHEM I mean, Tactical Slayer.
Either way, it makes some game modes unplayable for me.
Cross play needs to be an optional thing.

There really needs to be a system level anti cheat that handles most of it. It’s good to submit video if someone is definitely cheating, but at the same time it’s a waste of many support agents when it can be handled at the system level, especially when someone isn’t. I had a severely underskilled 14% HS accuracy player accuse me of aim botting for an average 50% accuracy game, I simply replied it’s called 20 years of Halo play and he replied reported. I recorded the entire match God forbid I needed to dispute it, but alas, just a waste of an agents time when there was clearly nothing up. Sadly some people are just that salty. Hopefully a better anti-cheat comes in the future.
I will add, that there should be console only options for matchmaking. I don’t want to play PC players that can strafe seemingly twice as fast as console players. Console players should not have to be the least concerned about cheaters as well.
If they decide to put kbm and controllers on the same level instead of handicapping kbm it would prolly be less
Don’t forget PC kids with a double beat down micro disturber super fast shot scroll wheel crap at 240 fps. Well I’m over here just on my 60 . it’s really getting annoying and I’ve been taking breaks myself where I used to stay up for three days straight playing halo 3. The potential is here by 3:43 or a bunch of jackasses really don’t know what they’re doing and it shows. I mean they really had to bring in the guy from Bungee to save Halo basically.
