Darn. Well he did say that they will be adding more to it and we know the season pass comes with new leaders. I hope the flood will be in it.
will there still be a playable third race is what I am concerned about.
I don’t care if it is Flood, Promethean or Forerunner variant, I just want something to increase the dynamic of match ups
(variations of the same faction or just simple pallette swaps will not do)

If campaign cannon is the excuse given this time, the first Halo Wars prominently featured the Flood in the campaign, but obviously was not put into the skirmish modes!!!

They also said cortana would not be in halo 5 take it with a grain of salt. They don’t want to spoil things if they wanted you to know what the other factions were they would have showed pictures in the beta.

Exactly. 343i have shown a tendency to lie about their game to hide facts. Remember when they said there’s no difference between hip fire and ads for Halo 5 before the beta.
I’m ok with this. I’d rather find out more about the Banished and face the Flood again than see Prometheans.
Even if another race isn’t included as playable, it’d still be nice to have AI enemies like the first Halo Wars, Promethean or Flood. Just something to capture rebel bases from like before.
