I was playing Halo 2 Anniversary on Legendary and using the Wraith and I saw this.

Hannibals had a presence in Halo since Halo 4. The fact that they appeared in H2A means nothing.

Not sure how anyone can assume new vehicles from that poster since it seemed vague, it does seem like they did human ordnance and matériel manufacturering.
