Hey guys,
I recently got my internet and xbox hooked back up and playing some Halo 5 however I keep getting this error or “cannot connect to Halo 5 lobby service”. I have Fibre Op internet and my xbox is connected…any ideas??

Maybe 1 out of 10 games will connect…

Hold down the power button until the system turns off. Let it sit there for a short bit, and turn it back on.

Press and hold the button on the front of your console until it entirely shuts off. Wait a few minutes. Then turn it back on.

Definitely power cycle your home network too.
