There was an ERROR LOADING YOUR ARTICLE, help

Ok, so I go to Halo Waypoint. I go to my profile thing. Click on service record.
And I try out the Halo Reach: Armor.

And it says there is an error loading your article

This also happens with the achievements and awards.
Why?
How can it be fixed?

Never mind. It works now. I don’t know why it stopped.

OH, maybe it was like…
I couldn’t do that stuff for like one day, then I could.

Maybe…?

Anyways, don’t care no more. It works now…

2 of the 3 times I’ve been on waypoint on my 360, it’s done the same thing.

I’ve gotten the same thing every stinking time I go to unlock the Armors. I have a Gold Account, I’ve done the prereqs for at least half the items and I haven’t gotten to unlock a single darn thing. I’ve got a fairly slow internet connection (Satellite sucks but what can you do when you live out in the middle of nowhere.) but I’ve been able to play online. So I can’t imagine my connection being that big of a deal to pull static information…

Any help

I just tried it and it worked for me. I’m a little surprised this is an issue at all. It could be something on Microsoft’s end because it just sounds like a denial or loss of packets to form it, but then again, these forums do go through some bugs from time to time. Personally, I’d take the error code, write it down, and do a google search with just the code to see if any related articles correspond. Lots of times, the answers are clear for people to see, if not, go onto the Microsoft forums and leave a thread with it. It could be a few hours or a few days depending on who is knowledgeable enough to respond.

Can’t pull the error code. It’s on the XBOX… unless you have a way for me to open a debug console I am unaware of.
