All this does is encourage AFK players, quitting when you don’t get the Ranked mode you need for your challenge, and poorly skilled players flooding the Ranked game modes. It ruins the experience for everyone else in Ranked. If you’re going to have ranked challenges, make it where that same challenge can be completed in unranked. That way nobody suffers.
