What if 343i implemented in the roster tab a way to find a team?
Hear me out…
You select to find a team, either in the roster tab or have it’s own button on the multiplayer main menu. From there it will give you simple options to select a playlist, whether its ranked or social, btb to doubles. You can opt-in to find players who have a microphone or not. Once you’ve selected those settings, you’ll be put into a group. You can then begin to chat with others and get to know them before a game begins.
Now what do you do if you find people and they are harassing, afking, betraying, etc? You have a team vote to kick the player from the group.
This can help to make friends in game and help narrow down players that will help make you have a better game experience.
The difference between this and joining a game with random people is that people might not have a mic plugged in or want to use it, they might harass, afk, betray, etc and you cant do anything about it yet (let’s hope there is a system implemented to penalize players), and most players don’t send out invites to form teams after a game.
This can help create a team right away and create a team that sticks throughout matches.
