There needs to be a mic preference for ARENA

I mostly play arena. But like many I can’t always have a team of 4. And when I go in with me, or my brother and I, we NEVER have teammates that talk. It’s so -Yoink!- annoying and I lose solely because they can’t hear my call outs and vise virsa. People with Mics and with out Mics need to play together. It’s -Yoink!- ridiculous. And to top it off I’m always running into a team of 4 when I go in by myself or with 2. Singles and parties of two need to be matched up with singles and parties of two. Teams of 4 should always match 4.

I agree completely. I’m on the opposite side of it, where if I’m not with my friends, I have no interest in talking. Ever. But I understand others do, so don’t pair them with me when possible! Because I also don’t want people getting mad at me for not wanting to talk! Leave me be I’m anxious around strangers! haha.

Also matching teams against teams I think in general would lead to more fair games. A team of 4 'average skilled but coordinated players can stomp a team of higher skilled but uncoordinated players quite frequently.

I spend most of my time in a party of 3 and I seem to do fine. Bu then again were fairly descent players

this actaully does happen. just the other day i was a party of 2 in slayer and we got matched against a party of 2 in a 4v4 match. if theres nothing avaible your ganna have to play agaisnt a team with with any mic setup. thats just how it is and it wont change

You do realize that teammates can hear you over game chat if you have a mic, unless they mute you of course.
