I can’t have been the only one that’s been thinking this, but the only way to actually play community-made game modes with matching maps is to be invited by some completely random guy, or play with your friends (Most of mine rarely go on Halo, or are online when I’m not). I really think that there should be some sort of… playlist, if you will, that lets people go matchmaking for custom games with others, so it’s much easier. It’s kind of hard to explain what I mean, but you do know what I mean, right?
Yea I know what you mean, I think the idea of a customs game browser or select a server kind of thing has been mentioned before. It would be cool to see, maybe in Halo 6?
Good concept but bad idea, imagine all the little kids trying to show off their nuketown remakes made with 2 spawnpoints and 100 ways to escape the map. Maybe a server list like most PC games and a reputation system.

No, you don’t understand. This playlist would only consist of GOOD maps and gamemodes that the cartographers would’ve chosen. For example, Mike Myers (if Infection comes out).
So…Action Sack?

Don’t know, never played Action Sack…
Yeah we’ve been asking for this since Halo 2, but it wont’ happen because devs know better than us what we want to play.
They could easily set up a playlist that plays selected custom maps with gametypes paired to each map and every month or week players could go to halowaypoint and vote for which maps get added.
That would be fun.
And if you don’t gain any exp/req from matches then why whouldn’t 343i add this? All the maps and gametypes are saved on the cloud, more people would play the game and you prove that Halo 5’s forge is the best yet! Yes scripting may be buggy at times but would rather Santa gave you a present with batteries not included or nothing?
The Cageybee007 has made Hungry Hungry Hippos with 300+ scripts for gods sake!
This has been suggested for many years. I think Reach with the file browser was a move in the right direction but 343 have shown little dedication to custom games in general.
