After two days of playing the beta, I have noticed many times that my aim gets frozen in place by aim assist so strongly that I physically cannot move my crosshair vertically. It seems that the aim slowdown combined with the heavy upwards recoil of many of the guns sometimes makes it almost impossible to aim down at a target if they are below you. I’ve never felt this sensation before in other Halo games, so I’m hoping it’s just some sort of glitch with the aim assist. Has anyone noticed this? It seems especially prevalent with higher sensitivities, and it makes a lot of gun battles annoying.
There’s very little aim assist in the first place and your lies are clear as day. Problem on your end with your dial up.
