Go to 2:19 in this video and watch the first-person player drop down to the lower level of Wraparound as his shields recharge. He takes no fall damage. If there is no fall damage in this game, I will be very happy.
Also if there is indeed no fall damage, doesn’t that mean that the jetpack may be severely limited?

I hope to replace fall damage in Halo 4 that they make the controller vibrate and the screen shakes slightly depending on how far you fell. This would make most people happy while still adding to the realism.
If there is Fall Damage it will likely be a much larger fall before you take any of it. Also: There is probably a specialization that removes fall damage, and this player could have it.
