The Brute Chopper is hands down one of the best vehicles in the franchise. Nothing feels better than boosting through a hoard of enemies in a chopper, that itself would get me through sets upon sets in ODST Firefight. I mean if the main enemy is the Banished then I can’t see why there wouldn’t be Choppers. Please have them at launch.
I don’t see why they wouldn’t have a chopper, but tbh I would rather see the sceptre from Halo 2 instead of the Prowler. That thing sucks
ahhh the brute chopper was amazing. The satisfaction you would get from hitting the boost and slamming into a ghost or warthog and making it explode was unparalleled 
With the Banished at the forefront, I hope we get some of the classic Brute vehicles. The chopper was fun for two reasons:

Considering we’re going up against The Banished most likely we will se them return

I have a feeling the Megabloks Skiff that was shown off will be the effective reimagining of the Prowler instead of the Prowler returning. The Skiff looks like it serves the Prowler’s purpose to a T: It has a turret for a gunner, an exposed driver in the back of the vehicle, and room for passengers in the middle. The Prowler has generally the same thing: A turret for a gunner, an exposed driver in its back, and room for passengers on the sides.
I feel like the Skiff will be the reimagined Prowler for Infinite, but I could be wrong.
As for the Chopper, I hope it returns.
EDIT: There is sort of evidence of the Choppers still being relevant in the Banished, but nothing that suggests they’re in Infinite. They were apart of Atriox’s Banished on the Ark, and they were used during Shadows of Reach, however there isn’t anything that outright says they will be in Infinite.
Personally, I think it will.
I loved the Brute Chopper. Very satisfying to splatter other vehicles in the chopper as that is where the vehicle excelled. The Prowler was kinda bad, but I like it and wouldn’t mind it coming back with some buffs in effectiveness.

Oh silly me. How could I have forgotten that.
For real, when I think of the Brute Chopper, I get this weird image of a Brute wearing a black leather sleeveless jacket (called a “cut” in case anyone didn’t know) and a bandanna for a doo-rag.
