This just occurred to me. A New Mombasa and a Veronica Dare emblem? Both having to do with Halo 3: ODST and since firefight originated from the game, it would make sense that a new warzone map would be based on a portion of the city… I could be reading into it too much and going crazy, but 2 emblems. And who asked for a Veronica dare emblem? (It looks nice though) However, some members did ask for an ODST update. I could even expect weapons that the Brutes used in that game and the classic smg with its silent variant and Brutes may be returning.

While that makes sense, I really don’t want another human-themed map. I would, however, love to see a Covenant, Forerunner or even Sangheili-themed Warzone map.

Probably, but with the inclusion of a Brute Plasma rifle, like out of all the plasma rifles they chose, why the Brute. They could have chosen the regular one and fix the damage rate. And the Gravity hammer too? Brutes mainly used the Plasma rifle, spiker, mauler, and the gravity hammer. Occasionally the carbine, fuel rod, brute shot, and plasma turret. So it would make sense if they ever came back, which would definitely make sense for a ODST themed update since one of the main threats in that game were the Brutes. They can just use of course the plasma rifle, gravity hammer, to replace the brute shot would be the plasma caster, fuel rod, carbine, and a plasma turret. Heck since they said it is the biggest update ever, they could be giving us all of those weapons cause there are hardly any weapons in the hog wild req drop.

I would really like to see one too and it could definitely be in the works as they are probably replacing the main facilities used (armory, garage, fortress) and using covenant architecture. Maybe.

I completely agree, some fresh new structures would be nice as well as some more unique center structures instead of a garage.

They did say the updates are not being halted and I just finished DOOM sooo I will be looking forward to what the future holds for Halo…I am hoping the bring more studio maps etc gametypes and maybe offlline modes or something like spartan ops and armor effects…and the black undersuit armor as well as a variant of lockes armor etc…

I doubt it, becuase we already have Battle of Noctus, a city based map. If they add a new one, yes they should add Brutes, but you know what would be better? FLOOD!!! Yes a Flood based map. That would be sick. It would be like that Halo 3 mission Cortana, where you were inside High Charity. It could have infected bases, flood as bosses, maybe a gravemind instead of a Warden!!! It would be so awesome. Attack on High Charity?

Plus there is already a City map, I want to see some sort of Covie themed map.
I’M CRYING AT JUST THE THOUGHT OF THIS!!! ODST is my favorite Halo game!
But logically, we didn’t get the Assault version of Darkstar yet… Still love some ODST themed stuff!
