We have all seen the trailer and I was thinking. This may have been mentioned before but I’m going to ask anyway. Master Chief has not won the POW medal and at the end of the E3 demo that Promethean charges at Chief. What if he gets captured and I think that Cortana is yelling at the ships commander. Maybe he wanted to leave without Master Chief and she wont let him?

I thought that the Ancient Evil was on the Infinity bridge, trying to use the ship to escape Requiem. Cortana is there, saying she won’t allow them to leave this planet.
At this point, anything is fair game. 343 could have used the Didact’s symbol upside down to point to the Didact being the Ancient enemy, or to throw us off the scent. Likewaise, they could have made Cortana appear rampant in the trailer (or at least her rampancy playing a signficant part in the campaign) to make us think she turns evil. Either way, you have great plot possibilities, and I personally would rather 343 not say anything about these topics until I get to play the game myself.
Yeah, I want to learn more but I don’t at the same time. I’m so excited that I’m not sure what to do… Well time to play more Halo!
