Looking at page 98 of the Spartan Field Manual, it is indicated that the monitor of Installation 02 is called 007 Contrite Witness.
As we had learned that the Installation 03 monitor is called 049 Abject Testament, I re-examined the Halo CEA terminal # 2 to see if I could extrapolate the color of each monitor and it turns out that I I have actually arrived at a result. Of course, nothing official, but I think I’m close to the real thing.
I noticed that on the assumption that the monitor of Installation 01 was back to the observer and that 049 Abject Testament and 2401 Penitent Tangent have similar colors (Orange and Red), I extrapolated into the clockwise direction of the visual.

Also, I wonder why 031 Exuberant Witness (Purple) does not have a number that is power of 7. Perhaps because she was not assigned to an installation in the Halo Array? I believe the number is assigned by 7^(Installation number -1), and Genesis does not have an installation number.
I’m confused. Are you saying the colors and the monitors’ installation numbers are related? If yes, does that mean you could theoretically figure out any monitor’s color given a numbered designation? That would be super cool if that’s the case.

Never knew that’s how the numbers were assigned to each monitor. Yet again, learning something new years after playing for the first time!

Facilities outside the Halo Array are not related to the number 7. For this reason, 031 Exuberant Witness does not have a number with a multiple.

You know, this makes me wonder why Intrepid Eye (Last Light) doesn’t have a number designation at all. I’d say that perhaps we just don’t know it yet, but every monitor up to this point that has interacted with humanity has introduced themselves with their number designation included, yet Intrepid Eye hasn’t.
