After watching the teaser from E3 last year, and seeing the cover picture for Halo 5 Guardians, what are your theories for the plot in Halo 5 Guardians? Who do you think is on the cover with chief? What is that giant bird robot thing in the commercial?
I personally believe that the giant bird machine thing is a forerunner war sphinx and that the person on the cover with chief is a Spartan sent to hunt down Master Chief after he goes Rogue to try to find a way to revive Cortana. I haven’t read any of the forerunner books, but since it looks like the ark’s remains in the teaser, I assume that this game has something to do with the halo rings which could imply the Iso-Didact as a possible character… Maybe Chief is hunting some sort of forerunner tech that can save cortana? What do you think?
