I’ve got a whole bunch of files sitting in my ‘Recent Films’ section of Theatre, but when I try to play them it says ‘An error occurred while loading the film’. Can’t bookmark them either. Any thoughts?

Me too. I also had a lot of problème with warzone but today nothing went wrong. But I can’t save a custom game or watch a friend game. I first thought like many that it was because I had the new Xbox dashboard beta installed, because my bro use the same internet network, and has his own console but didn’t have these problems. But today I installed my profil on his Xbox One and I again couldn’t save a custom game or watch a friend party…
So it must be coming from my profil itself… Or maybe from my waypoint profile or saves on the servers…
Please help 343! I only miss 4 achievements and I can’t unlock 2 of them, it’s very frustrating!
I probably just played the best game of halo in my life and I am not able to access it in theater mode (Loading Error)… This is very frustrating as it seems this is only one of many other bugs going on with the game.
Same. Sometimes when it says “Load Error” and I press “A” it takes me to the main menu sometimes not. Also occasionally it won’t be able to get my carnage report… There are some major issues here

Just to throw another name in that hat, I too am experiencing this issue and have been for several days.
I have same problem. From what I’ve seen it doesn’t even try to load. And if it helps I did digital deluxe download that Friday before launch then Uninstalled it the next Saturday to see if it would correct it’s self. But I did notice the 2 additional items with the bundle had been pegged with terminal install until I reinstalled. But theater still no work.
I have the same issue as well. Every single recording fails to load =( also I have the digital deluxe edition.
I found a work around. Since you have one xbl account you can add a new gamer tag on the console and play halo multiplayer without a new xbl subscription. Then on that new account you can play halo multiplayer matches and play them back in theater or even spectate. But while trying to go back to other gamer tag from before it still doesn’t work. It must be something to do with that profile/gamer tag data that’s preventing it from working.
I also have the digital deluxe version and I’m getting the same error. No matter what I do, when I try to view my games, it says “Load Error”.

That’s interesting. I’d agree with you, it sounds like it might be a profile thing, rather than the game.
I am having trouble with saving custom games and going into theater mode and I really want this fixed before forge so I can save forge maps and custom games any fix?
I’ve tried deleting my 360 and one saved data but solved nothing. Custom games won’t save even on new profile. But theater still works to bad my req packs won’t carry over.

I found the solution for me.
I went to my Xbox profil (with the xbox one not the website) and go to my privacy settings. It was set as personal settings, so I’ve tried to put “Adult (Social) privacy settings” and it works now

The same is happening to me.
I can’t save custom game modes
and I can’t watch any of my films in thearter. It always pops up with " LOAD ERROR. an error occurred while loading the film." It’s very annoying and I’m worried that I won’t be able to save on forge when it comes out. This is a big problem for me which we hopefully be fixed soon. I’m open to any suggestions. Thx in advanced

Try this it’s worked for me as well. I don’t understand why settings on console prevents you from viewing events that happened while playing.
