How come there is no community content online yet? no clips, no gamemodes, no maps,ect… and when will we be able to upload our clips to waypoint?

AND SERIOUSLY PARTY THEATER!
I never even used theater in Reach because you can’t watch it in a party and share laughs together, sure it took forever to load clips for other people but thats better than not having it
