Theater Temporary History Found!

[Sorry if this has already been covered, but I thought I may as well just in case…]

So I noticed a lot of people (including myself) were beginning to think that Halo 4 theater only kept your most recent game in the theater lobby and discarded all others played before hand.

Fortunately, this is NOT true. All your games are still there, it’s just a bit hidden.

If you wish to find your temporary history, follow these steps:

  • Press Start to open Spartan Hub.
  • Go down to the Settings and Files tab.
  • On the right, go to File Browser.
  • Films and Clips
  • Temporary History
  • There they are :slight_smile:

I hope this helps a few people, as it had me confused for a while…

You can also Click the Right Analog when you’re looking through it shows the filter and temp history is found there.

Does anyone know how long items will remain in your temporary history?

It took you over a year to find that? :stuck_out_tongue:

But I’ll admit, it is harder to navigate than other Halos, and I’m sure some people are happy you mentioned it.

Reviving a year-old thread? To answer your question, I believe it’s indefinitely as I have yet to know exactly. It ties in with your Xbox 360’s system cache. If it’s deleted, so is your temporary history. Also, only the last 25 games are available in your temporary history.
