Theater Replay Name is Incorrect

The other day I had one of my best Warzone matches ever which included a Rampage but when I went into theater mode to record the clip to my DVR I found that my Gamertag wasn’t in the game. Eventually, I found myself…listed as DevilWarrior117 and not the proper pastor adrock.

Any idea as to why this is? I want to make a highlight clip with it but if it has the wrong GT it isn’t going to be very helpful.

Hey pastor.

Did you happen to join in progress for this game? Sometimes when you join in progress into a match, theater mode will keep the old players gamertag even when a new player has replaced them.

That’s possible. I might have joined very early in the match. It’s a good tip to know going forward. Thanks!
