When I went to the theater mode to access my temporary game history I got a message stating “User content is not permitted”. I’m unable to access other films, start films, or save files. Anyone have any solutions?
It is likely you have Privacy settings to not allow user created content.
Go to the Xbox dashboard
Go to the ‘settings’ tab
Choose the Privacy box
Choose ‘Change Settings’
Choose Customize
Scroll down to the Content section
Choose Member Content
Change that to Everyone
If that doesn’t work, it is likely you have Family Settings blocking you from using Member content.
