Will theater mode eventually support recording screen caps and clips?
I feel this is a necessary feature of this mode and it’s not the same without it.
As it stands I now have to have additional software or hardware to record and save clips.
I hope that the feature is in the works and will be added post launch to allow easier captures.
Thanks.

If you’re playing on PC you can use the Xbox Game Bar to record clips and capture screenshots.
Thanks. I’m on Xbox but I can try it in PC or try the game DVR on Xbox. Haven’t used it in a while but it should work too.
I use the in-built DVR system all the time, and it works fantastic. The only issue I have is that Halo: Infinite’s Theatre Mode isn’t really user friendly, but that’s another issue.
You can only capture up to a minute of recorded game time, but you can also trim clips down to get rid of the unnecessary footage, and you can upload clips directly to your OneDrive which you can then download on your PC.
I agree with the controls not being user friendly. I was going to tackle that on another post. While I can appreciate what they were trying to do with all of the filters and what not, sometimes the best solution is to keep it simple.
Just a reminder, all clips will be removed on launch day. At least that’s what 343i states on their known issues page.
Ok thanks for the heads up. I got some cool things I want to save
