Theater Mode: Privacy Error

When trying to load certain clips in Theater Mode I get the following error: “An error occurred while attempting to load the film. Please ensure your privacy settings allow you to view content from other players.”
This happens only when viewing clips on a certain map that I created and is searchable, but I can properly view any films from matchmaking without issue.

Hello, first I would need to know the type of connection you use. Wifi, wired, hotspot, etc. In case you have not already tried, have you tried to connect to xboxlive via a hotspot, start Halo 5 and try to launch theater?

I play on a wired connection, and I doubt the issue is related to the network as I am able to use theater mode for games played in matchmaking, just not clips on certain maps I made. If this really is an issue I could give it a try, but that seems fairly unlikely :frowning:

It could be a specific setting of your privacy. Maybe you can try searching in the map settings or here on waypoints in your profile.
