Theater Mode Load Error

I’m having this issue where when I try to load my theater clips, it won’t let me.

It says: “LOAD ERROR. An error occurred while attempting to load the film. Please ensure your privacy settings allow you to view content from other players.”

I’ve seen the other forum posts about this and notice they’re all grouped together, but don’t see any from recently. I’ve tried everything mentioned on these posts, from changing privacy settings to adult, customizing them, restarting, hard resetting, waiting a few minutes, and waiting a day. I haven’t been able to access them for over 24 hours now. I’ve also tried to access multiple profiles’ clips with no luck.

Can anyone help? I just want to rewatch my matches.

Have you tried restarting your internet router? Perhaps that’ll flush out any hiccups.

Yup, tried that. I’ve tried on 4 different networks and a mobile hotspot and nothing.

Update: I’ve now tried it at a completely different house, which is on a completely different network, and still no luck.

From what I understand is there was an issue with an Xbox System update somehow affecting Theater Clips within a certain date range. I want to say 343i stated they fixed the issue, however, clips within the date range of the Xbox update up until the fix released will not ever work if they were originally affected. Don’t quote me on that, but I swore I read that somewhere . …
