It seems this most recent update on the xbox for Halo Reach fixed theater! I’ve loaded up at least 7 games in theater without an issue.

That’s great news! I haven’t checked any of my past games recently, so I’m not sure if this is the same on my end.

Finally! I was beginning to think it would never get fixed! So many great theater moments lost and ruined because the clips got corrupted so easily. I’m hoping they fix the issue in Halo 3 as well. It wasn’t as big of a problem but custom film clips would easily get corrupted, especially old ones from the 360. I think there was an update for Halo 3 recently too but I haven’t had the chance yet to see if it’s been fixed their either.
Yeah I definitely noticed a difference since this past update. I have not run into the the invalid file error at all!
Was it messed up on the just the Xbox One version, or on the old Xbox 360 version as well?
