If you’re a long time halo fan as I am you have probably used theater before on the console, with that said there is a useful feature in theater called “Fast Forward” (bound to the right trigger on controller) and as many as will remember you could also do slow motion my pressing in the trigger lightly, this function is entirely missing if using a keyboard and mouse as its a binary input unlike the analog input of the controller trigger.
My proposal is to have 4+ bindings for fast forward, each being at a variable speed (preferably settable by the user in settings) and have these binding be 1-4+ so that you could have say 1=0.25x speed, 2= 0.50x speed, 3=1.50x speed, 4=2x speed and so on, again preferably settable amounts in settings.
at the moment if you want to use this feature you have to plug in and use an xbox controller…
