Theater issue

I can not load any games in theater. It says load error and will not load the game i am trying to load. It’s quite infuriating to be honest because i had one of the best games and i would like to save said game but 343 will not allow me to do so. Anyone with this issue?

Same problem here. Tried deleted my save data forcing it to resync but still getting the error.
I also get an error when trying to save custom game variants.

I too am having this problem, and i think I’ve found the source of the problem: It’s the synchronization of our profil on 343 servers! One thing is for sure it’s neither our internet connection nor our Xbox dashboard that are the cause of this synch problem, as I posted on my thread:

Then the problem must be on their side of the servers with our profiles: Something on them unable us to synchronize correctly, so it must be on our profile data, as it only occur with only a few of us, like a data valor unrecognized by the server… Now what is left is to find what we all have identically on them, maybe something we did, like playing offline before the release date ( like a creation date of the data before the official release date). For I personally started I playing it 3 days before the release date. Is that the case for you guys?

Follow what is said here by checking your profile setting and the problems should all be solved!

I know this was posted in 2015 but i just had this problem start with me. Its 2018 and this has never happend to me before. It says to check my privacy setting to see if i can view content from other players and yes i can. I never even changed my settings!!! Is there a fix?
