Theater Is Super Slow

I’ve been going on Theater recently and I’ve had to wait several minutes on the loading screen as opposed to around a minute when I pick out what I want to watch. When the recorded game starts to play, it plays at what I believe is a frame per second. I don’t think it’s a time-related issue because I’ve tried playing old and fairly new recordings with no difference in its degraded performance. The problem seemed to start on Sunday. Theater worked fine for me last week, although I don’t use it every day. The rest of the game hasn’t been affected. Are there any pointers as to what can be done?

Have you tried to close Halo 5 from the xbox dashboard and reopen it? Sometimes it’s about glitches rather than real bugs. I have noticed that even a dancer connection can negatively affect the playback quality.

I think I tried to reopen it a few times but it still didn’t work. Oddly enough, I went on Theater yesterday after being inactive for several days and it looks like it’s back to normal. Thanks for the help though!

Fortunately it has been solved, sometimes it is enough to simply wait and everything resolves itself!
