I’ve been trying to watch my mcc halo reach games in theater for the last 7 days at the least, and every time i hit play, a message pops up saying i need halo reach installed. I’ve had halo reach installed, along with all dlc for it, for multiple years already. the last time i used theater without a problem was in the first week of April, 2022.

Are they games from after the update?
yes. all current games. tried using theater sunday night after a few games played and got the ‘halo reach dlc needed’ alert. then it prompts me to go to the store to get game pass or pay for reach which i already have. maybe i should try an uninstall.
Have you tried reinstalling Halo Reach? What platform are you on?
I second this. This is useful information. OP, are you on PC or Xbox? If so, which model Xbox or which PC storefront?
If you’re on Steam then I recommend verifying the game files through the Steam launcher.
