Theater, File Share, and Temporary History Not Working!!!

So I just got my Xbox 360 slim hard drive (I have had Reach before I got it) and plugged it in. Co-op play works fine and everything but when I try to access theater, file share, or my temporary history, it says that I don’t have a hard drive (when I obviously do!). I’ve seen other people’s posts about how the problem is about your privacy or parental controls, I tried that anyway but that’s not problem. When I go to ‘system’ on the dashboard it says I 258gb free, so I know the hard drive is plugged in. Can anyone help?

Sounds odd.

Re install Reach, unplug your Xbox from the power for an hour, reset network settings to factory defaults.

All I can think of.

When you load up Reach, are you choosing to use the Hard Drive you bought or the built in memory unit?

Choose the Hard Drive with 258GB of space left, should fix the problem.

The thing is, it says that there is only one storage device in the system. That is the one with 258gb. It’s like my built-in 4gb is gone or combined with the 250gb hard drive. Can I get an admin or something to help?

You might check to see if you have the same problem selecting the appropriate storage device in other games as well.
