There seems to be a problem with theater. Aside from all the bugs, I’m specifically referring to films that have been bookmarked. I bookmarked a film so that I can come back to the film at a later time, but when I did come back, the film wouldn’t even play. Fix this!
The ‘Recent’ films seem to play fine mostly. Skipping forward and backward seem buggy. The "Bookmark’ films have been made unavailable basically, since the most recent patch.
When I first start Halo 5 and choose Theater, I select Bookmarked and then pick my recently bookmarked item. It then bounces me back to the main screen, Campaign, Multi-player, Options etc. None of my previously bookmarked films will play now. We should have the option to record the entire match, or only segments of a match, within the theater mode. Using the crusty GameDVR app is clunky. (If there are better options I’m unaware of, I’d like to know those please!)
I’m just baffled at how these things and others seem to have been completely overlooked in Halo 5.
The viewing of stats like who killed me the most, medals awarded during the match, people who you are being matched against, the same map over and over. Swatnums more than a traditional game of Swat. I personally enjoyed the ability to vote for a map.
I digress.
Please fix Theater mode!
