I sat down and watched his video and there is allot of things I agree with him on and the game is a disappointment the campaign is awful because who wanted to play as Locke and not chief most of the game as well as the horrible choices for multilayer and them not selling us a finished game if Microsoft would allow me to I’d get a refund and I’m waiting for halo reach to be playable on the one before 343 kills that games to halo is not what it used to be and I’m not gonna be apart of it any more

I agree with a lot of Angry Joe’s stuff, and he’s entertaining.
And just because someone posted this after 243 games doesn’t mean that they just now came to the conclusion. I personally love the game, but hate the things they did with Campaign, and really really really hate the -Yoink- they pulled with the aiming. If the aiming was like it has always been in Halo then I could probably ignore the other stuff that I don’t like.
I like angry joe his channels great, his halo 5 review was probably the only one i’ve disagreed with. But guess what? thats fine.

What do you mean about aiming? Just played a bunch after the update and it feels 1000% better.
Are you still having issues after the update?
As for Joe, the main thing I dislike about his critique is that he calls it “pay to win” without actually having any idea how REQ system works. The guy I play most with in this game has spent close to $400 on REQ packs and the only advantage he got was unlocking Sniper a couple days before me.
Campaign criticisms though, totally agreed. I actually found the gameplay to be an improvement from Halo 4, but the story was awful.
The guy who hasn’t played a Halo since 3? Who aimed to get the most views?
What gets more views? Positive? Or Negative? Gee whiz
Angry Joe: “I’m reviewing the game as it is NOW. Not what it may become in the future with new maps etc.”
Angry Joe seconds later: “The req system now isn’t very invasive. BUT IT MIGHT BECOME VERY INVASIVE IN THE FUTURE SO I HATE IT!”
I give his review a 6/10, slightly above average but if he’s nice about it in the future I’ll increase it to 5/10.

Complains about not playing as much of Master Chief in the game, but can’t wait to play a Halo game without Master Chief…
I watch a bunch of youtube reviews including Angry Joe. Just because they give a game a bad review doesn’t make the game bad.

This seems to be a common theme among people these days…and if someone does come up with their own opinion, they allow it to be swayed by the masses over time instead of sticking with their own feelings.

I find this is because people are often distracted by pretty lights, fancy things and -Yoink!-. But when you really think about something it’s utter toss.

Played the game before even seeing Joe’s review.
Everything he pointed out was blatantly obvious while playing, and is still blatantly obvious while playing.
IMO an unfinished game was not what I was expecting from 343.

To some people, reviews are practically gospel. To the point I’ve actually seen another reviewer complain about it.

You can get a refund from Microsoft. I just did it with Black Ops 3 digital version and Got a full refund and bought Tomb Raider with it. You can’t just tell them you don’t like the game though…you have to tell them your having nonstop technical issues preventing you from enjoying the campaign not just multiplayer. For me though…Halo5 is the best shooter I’ve played this year even though it could be better. It’s better than BO3 and SW Battlefront…and yes,I played both extensively.

There is no consistency to how he reviews anything, most of the time. This game is getting hate that is still around from Halo 4 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. He went into the review for Halo 5: Guardians without even knowing about where Forge and Big Team Battle were, if I remember correctly. He doesn’t put work into his reviews. Someone who wants to properly review a game and give out the most valid review is going to make sure they are as informed as possible about the game and properly giving criticisms. None of which, does Angry Joe seem to do. He doesn’t go back and record his videos over again if he notices he said something wrong. He just puts it in a text on the screen. He is not professional. He is not someone anyone should take seriously, I can’t believe I am right now. He’s someone who knows how to get views on YouTube with bland and obnoxious humor.

Couldn’t of said it better. There are plenty of games that got bad reviews that I eneded up enjoying
