Seeker is definitely by far the worst. Both helmet and armor. The armor looks like you have a baby carrier on your chest.

Foehammer looks like its hiding Infinity in it’s forehead.
Seeker looks like its gonna make me an expresso.
Mako looks like a kid in the 70 with braces on.
Reaper looks like something from the Raccoons.
Vector looks like someone with a bee alergy got stung on the forehead.
Venture looks like Locus meets Predator meets drugs.

I personally like the Hellcat. It’s actually based on the Ancient Human Armor that appeared in the Halo 4 Terminals.

You’re wrong OP. Seeker is by far the ugliest helmet ever. It doesn’t look like it was made for a human head. It has some sort of beak. Maybe Duckburg has a Spartan program that I’m not aware of?

Recon armor is best armor but I do like Decimator and may try it when i get it.
